One of six Olympian sons of Zeus, Hercules was born the savior of the Gods and mankind. Known as the Prince of Power, Hercules is one of the strongest beings in existence, an Olympian God and a modern superhero recognized throughout the world for his might. He has been a champion of mankind since ancient times and continues to defend the world in the modern age - most frequently as a member of the Avengers.
Personally, I wasn't aware that there was a Perseus in the Marvel U. Marvel seem to have kept most familial connections between gods, so I'd hazard a guess to say that they're still half-brothers. However, I couldn't back that up with any concrete evidence.
Perseus' page says he is a member of the Pantheon from Hulk comics, and, if memory serves, Pantheon members were not actual mythological figures but superhumans taking their names. So no, Hercules has no relation to the Perseus in that page.
"@xerox-kitty: se i looked it up in mythology and it seems perseus is Hercules half brother and Grandfather or some crap like that "
Yup, that's pretty much what I said. In mythology, they share the same father (Zeus) which makes them half-brothers.
That doesn't mean that it is the same Perseus in the Marvel U tho. If it is the character from the Pantheon, as AtPhantom suggested, then it seems unlikely that he's related to Hercules at all.

In Greek mythology, Perseus is both the ancestor of Hercules, as well as his half-brother( screwed up family to say the least). As for Marvel, Perseus is in no way related to Hercules
The Perseus from the Pantheon is not related to Hercules.
The mythological hero Perseus should be related to him due to being his ancestor. The current Hercules series has been taking most of the myths as mostly factual.
Perseus has been mentioned and maybe shown in the recent Ares mini-series, but which hero is Perseus is never made clear. Does anyone know which one is him? Has he made any other appearances in the MU?
