    The son of Zeus!
    The son of Zeus!
Hercules was born with the potential for great strenght, when he grew up he joined the Avengers, and now he is one of the strongest beings who ever walked the face of the earth, his strenght is so great that it rivals that of the Incredible Hulk. Hercules is an extremely powerful god, who has godlike strenght, speed, stamina, agility, invulnerable and immortality. He is powerful enough as a demigod but he completed the Twelve Labors to become a full god but what if both his parents were gods? What if he was the son of Zeus and a godess, how powerful would he be?

    He's a demi-god. So he'd be better as a fully-fledged god.

He'd be as powerful as Ares, Apollo, Possiden etc..

Plus, he'd have other feats aside from strength.

And since completing the Twelve Labors, Hercules was given immortality to become a full god, he is no longer a demi-god.

It wouldn't make a difference.  Ares is a full god and only as powerful as Hercules was as a mortal.  Ares might have overall better durability due to being immortal, but that is about it.

Zeus sired Hercules with a particular mortal woman because fate decreed such a son would be so-and-so powerful and needed to protect Olympus.  Siring Hercules with anyone else would probable have made him weaker.  With gods it is not just about who your parents are.  Things like symbolism and prophecy get involved as well.

I think the combo of the two (god and human) has made Hercules stronger than the other gods. Ares is born from two and he is nothing in comparison.

I don't think it would make any difference.  Hercules was born a demigod but earned (and was given by Zeus) full-fledged godhood and everything that comes with it; Immortality, immunity to disease and unlimited stamina.  According to the myths and Marvel (Incredible Hercules #126 to be exact) Hercules was bred to be the strongest and was given invulnerablity when he suckled from the breast of Hera as a baby, so he already had his strength and durability.  He was also made the God of Strength and Labor.  IMO that should be enough to make him stronger than anyone ever and give him the ability to increase his strength at will.  Marvel hasn't given Herc this ability yet, but if they ever want to the explanation is already in place:  He's the Graeco-Roman God of Strength!

well if i recall correctly both traditional and comic book greek mythology have pointed out that hercules may not have been as strong as he is if hera didnt breast feed him as a baby. so if she or another goddess sired him he'd be pretty much the same level but more godlike ie. shrinking, grow, shape shifter, all that gody who hah

@PowerHerc: Co-Signed!   Hercules strength potential was determined by both Zeus and the Fates at birth, so he was already destined to be physically the strongest.   The trick of suckling at Hera's breast in large part made up for having a mortal mother by giving him divine stamina, durability and endurance, to augument his natural strength and power.  He was created to be a demi-god on purpose by Zeus since the Fates foretold that the Olympians would face several threats that could not be overcome by Gods alone.

it would be the same he would be norn the god of strength instead of just a demi god but then zeus wouldn't be able to make him  ascend to the position of god of strength because he's already there
