I'm curious. The two have fought several times that I would like to know if during any of these battles or any other time if Hercules has ever tried to lift Mjolnir. Has it ever been stated if anyone thinks he can? Do you think he can?

tried and succeeded, can't say when he did it though, but he has.

@dh69: I ask because Hercules rarely if ever shows up on lists of people who have lifted it. Sometimes an instance can be overlooked in a long forgotten issue so to try and confirm it could you please name the circumstances or anything that would help narrow down a location.

I've seen, read and/or own almost every appearance of Marvel's Hercules and quite a lot of Thor comics and related comics, too, but I've never, ever seen Hercules lift (or even try to lift) Thor's hammer (Mjolnir). I don't believe Hercules has lifted or even tried to lift Thor's hammer.

If Hercules truly has lifted of tried to lift Thor's hammer, I would like to know when it happened/in which comic can this be seen. I'd love to see it.

He's held it several times, hell once Herc and Thor traded places.

When Hercules and Thor traded places, Hercules didn't actually have the real Mjolnir. The hammer he wielded was actually his own mace magically disguised as Mjolnir.

I own a lot of Hercules comics. I have never even seen Hercules attempt it or show any signs of interest in going so.

Forgive me, are you saying you think Hercules is worthy because he has shown no interest in lifting Mjolnir or are you saying that because he has never shown interest he is actually interested in trying to lift the hammer?

Good point; people who have lifted Mjolnir weren't concerned about their worthiness to do so. It's prpbable this is a coincidence and not really a factor of worthiness, imo.

Would you please cite a story, issue, run, or something because everyone I have asked this has either said Hercules has never lifted it or failed to cite even a story.
