And Jack of Hearts won so does that mean he will be making a return?
Also I saw Scourge on the boat of the dead...But this site has him listed as a current thunderbolts team member?

Also how come they didn't show a dead Steve Rogers but they showed a dead Wasp in the casino along with banshee Namorita puck and others. Sorry just curiosity speaking right now.

Unknown, it seemed they were just throwing dead characters in there.  With Marvel's tendency to resurrect characters anyone of them could come back at any time.
