Like all the heralds, their power level seems to fluctuate wildly based on the writer. At one time, Marvel indicated Nova was above Surfer but subsequent showings were at a lower level. When she was first introduced, she decimated many Skrull warships with one blast. Air Walker went toe-to-toe with Thor and did pretty well so I wouldn't say he was a slouch either. Red Shift probaby has the least amount of data to base his power level on so I will say he is the weakest based purely on lack of any real exemplary feats.

The same Nova that became the next universes Galactus? That's a pretty impressive feat in any universe, dimension, realm, or continuity.

I would say Stardust, although it probably sacrificed the most to become a herald once again, and that's my reasoning. Its like a drug addict and it would do anything to remain addicted.

I'd say Stardust seeing as he/ she keeps getting his or her ass handed to them when ever I'm reading it, still like them though.
