Queen of the Olympian Gods.
Enraged by Zeus infidelity she went to Zola's home, and transformed some horses into monsters to attack Zola and have her killed. Her reason for wanting Zola dead is because the young girl is pregnant with Zeus child.
Hera's rage rose to new heights when it was revealed that Hippolyta, Queen of the Amazons, also had a child with Zeus; namely Diana. In the middle of a violent storm, Hera descended upon Themyscira to meet Hippolyta face to face. During their conversation Hippolyta reveals regret that her actions has put a divide between them and one between herself and Diana. Hera on the other hand reveals how frustrated she is with Zeus, his antics and her own situation, demanding to know what it was all these mortal women had that she did not before the Amazons appear, ready to fight her over Hippolyta. Hippolyta on the other hand knows the outcome before it happens but still asks for forgiveness, Hera wished it could be otherwise but ends the confrontation with turning Hippolyta to stone and the Amazons into snakes.
Hera is the Goddesses that allowed the five Goddesses and Hermes to grant Wonder Woman her powers and abilities. Hera promised Queen Hippolyta a child and granted her a champion.
The Greek Goddess of Marriage and Women, Hera is the wife and older sister of Zeus. She is the mother of many Greek gods and goddesses, but she and Zeus were always in war because every now and then, Zeus would disguise himself as a human, and have kids with mortal women. Hera has mentioned that for the most part, she only acts out of her love for Zeus, or because he betrayed her love.
As evidenced when she caused the floating islands of Themyscira to collapse into the sea after finding Zeus spying on one of the island's resident Artemis.
It is a strange twist of fate that Hera, in her capacity as the deity of women and marriage, is failing in both regards as her husband seek other women than her, yet that she possibly shackled her to him due to her leaving him might be unthinkable to her. Which leaves her to take her legendary frustrations out on the hapless mortals who may never have known they had crossed her path, such as it has happened to Zola.
As a Goddess Hera, has abilities and powers similar to her kin and possibly linked to her station and fields of responsibility. She is immortal and has numerous magical abilities, such as creating living creatures out of certain materials and seemingly create inanimate objects out of nothing. Also she appears to be able to conjure storms that she herself is completely immune from. It is suspected that she also posses other superhuman physical abilities similar to those demonstrated by Strife.
