Who Is A Her-oe And Who Is An Enemy?

The cover was good and explained what needed to be explained and the art was good on the cover also. The story is of the point of view of Janet AKA the Wasp. Her best friend Jennifer Walters  says that Janet is all words and never does what she says. Janet is not an ordinary girl because she has super powers and she is also a geek at school. When she goes to school she has two accomplishments. She wants to get a date with Wade Cooper and to make the costumes for the school play. She need also needs to get her grades up. So she goes to the book store where Jen works and over hear Namora the cool girl from greece talking about her because she also wants to get with Wade. She calls Jen and Janet a geek. Jen gets really angry and runs away. Janet over hears from Namora that Wade likes the Bulls. Janet gets tickets and asks Wade to go with her and she says yes. She also ask the drama teacher if she can do the costumes and he said yes. So, she accomplished what she said she would do for a very long time. Namora hears that Janet was going to a Bull's game with Wade. Namora is angry about this. Janet was going to protect herself and finds out that she has new powers. In the end we also find out that Namora has superpowers also. The story was very entertaining and it was great to see another side of our favorite woman characters in the marvel universe. The art for this issue was nice and not bad. It was not great but, it was enjoyable especially for a mini series. I give this issue a 4 because the story was great and the cover and art was not the best but, enjoyable.

      Marvel Makeover 0

In Her-Oes we find our beloved classic Marvel Superheroines in high school, well acquainted and dealing with their powers. Now we all know that Jenny Walters didn't go to high school with Janet Van Dyne or that they had their powers at their teenage years but it's Marvel they have countless universes so why not, right?  Marvel has done something brilliant here but it may not be seen at first glance. While the die hard comic book fan may see it as a corny and disrespectful to the original stories...
