In the 'Change or Die' story that had since been compiled into a graphic novel, Henry Bendix attempted to ursurp a radiacalized heroic team lead by The High who invited the world to be rescued of poverty, starvation and world strifes with nanite micro-robotic material creation machines in a locale of the Nevada Garden. Leading the Stormwatch and preventing Jenny Sparks invervention to stop the High and his allies from inducing a utopic society that could obliterate poverty and a desire to fight for resources, Bendix sabotaged the High's work before killing him....alibi he was a replaced Weatherman, but what was the motive that lead Bendix to snap?
