Nyyyargh. I did see this posted somewhere else...and a few people commented that 'they wouldn't just give away the surprise like that'.

On an odd note, Stryfe is appearing in X-force #14. Someone on here commented that they wondered if Stryfe is Hellion. Who knows...but isn't Stryfe confirmed to be Cable's clone?

I don't like when writers play evil mind games :( Is it too much to ask that one of my two fave characters be alive and make a simple appearance without dying or being mortally wounded?!

well i read one interwiew (i think the same of k2 because they mentioned stryfe) and frome what i read in the last pages of the comic book will be something that will change (i think badly) for the x-force and the x-men...i don't know but hellion is one of my favourite young characters and dont want him to die!! i really hate that they are murdering younger characters just to get rid of them....it would be better just to leave them alone and if they dont want this characters to have a spotligh just keep them as cameos of the new x-men HQ but dont want any other x-men to die...

I agree with those three outcomes. I'm rooting for 'join', but I keep getting this feeling it's going to be him going evil or dying. And Laura (X-23) puts him out of his misery, or something like that.

When they say "hit close to home" on the synopsis for Issue #13, I immediately register it as Hellion about to have some major bad luck (his own personal rain cloud).

F#$*&!!#  WTF Marvel?!! I love Kyle & Yost for making X-23 but now I just as equally hate them for potentially harming Hellion!! Maybe Laura would go nuts and kill them if Hellion gets hurt again,
making us all feel better!

If they kill Hellion, I will drop any books written by them.

I have what maybe a farout idea.

If (and I'm saying if just in case anyone goes nuts) Yost and Kyle are pushing of an eventual Elixir/X-23 pairing then this could happen...

• Lepper Queen turns Hellion into a weapon.
• Laura is forced to kill Hellion
• Laura doesn't know how to deal with the emotions and starts self-harming
• Elixir finds her doing this and tries to help her deal with her emotions
• the beguinings of a relationship form from there.

And then right at the end Eli Bard will turn up and turn him in a Techno-Zombie.
