I don't know why but, when I was browsing the CBR forums I noticed a particular trend concerning my favorite young X-man. Certain people seem to love hating on Hellion in those forums that he is mentioned in. They often say that he is either a Quentin Quire clone or inferior to every other younger X-man that ever existed. Hating on a character is something all fans do and I do it too (especially if it's about those "next" generation of mutants in Uncanny and WatX). But, I noticed that the people that hate on him are the exact same people who hate on him in every other forum. They attack people who like the character and saying that they are annoying for talking about the character they love but, they don't say the same thing to other users who acts the same way for a different character. After seeing those, I guess ComicVine is the place for me.

Hellion is a powerful mutant telekinetic. He was a student at the Xavier Institute, leader of the Hellions squad and Emma Frost's prize pupil. Hellion lost his hands during Second Coming, received cybernetic replacements, and is currently enrolled at the Jean Grey School for Higher Learning.
