    Formerly a blond member of the Amazons of Themyscira whose lingering distrust of men led her, as a member of the Amazon Senate, to argue against reestablishing ties with Patriarch's World.

    Hellene's grave reservations proved personally well founded when she was murdered by the third Cheetah during the Amazons' first visit to the United States that preceded the War of the Gods.

    She has always council with Penelope regarding her visions.
