Hellboy is the world's greatest paranormal investigator. He was born to summon the apocalypse, but has instead devoted his life to fighting evil forces.

They are mostly little one-off tales that incorporate existent folklore of other countries with a Hellboy spin. It is drawn by Mignola so that's rad and the stories are chock-full of the curious juxtoposition between serious occult issues and Hellboy's taciturn yet flippant attitude. I especially enjoyed the title story.
