Later founding the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense, Hellboy became the world's greatest paranormal investigator. Soon after, it was revealed that he was born to summon the apocalypse but has instead devoted his life to fighting evil forces.

    does anyone know what issue or story arc hb and spawn duke it out? i want to track it down and haven't been able to find anything on it.

    I don't think they ever did one, granted i'm just a casual Spawn and Hellboy reader, but pretty sure they didn't do one.
