So this annual is split into three parts i) John being discharged from Ravenscar, and meeting an old acquaintance of his (heroin addicted rocker turned record producer, naturally), who asks John if he still has the tape of a music video Constantine had recorded back when (John tried punk before the occult). Then a flashback to King Arthur and Merlin, but the King is a magus and refers to himself as the Kon-Sten-Tyn and tortures Merlin's head for centuries, kills his son ....(???!?!???). Ends with the music video.

    What. The. Hell.
