Human Heroes in Hell?

How many Earth based human heroes have been to hell and back, and how? Refrain from crossovers like Inferno. I'm looking for individuals comic story lines of being in Hell and tormented by the Devil or Demons .  Magic users don't count. I don't want to hear about Ghost Rider, Etrigan, Hellboy, Spawn, Hellstorm or any other Hell Spawned characters unless they dragged someone there. Daredevil is the perfect example of what I'm looking for. I can't remember how he got there only that the Silver Surfer got him out.
