A very short-lived DC imprint known as the "science fiction imprint". Introduced in mid-'96, died in mid-'98. Two year life, their most well-known title being Transmetropolitan which is now associated with Vertigo (since Vertigo took over all Helix titles after the imprint died).

Originally, when the upcoming line was being advertised in 1996, it was called "Matrix" with the same logo. Advertisements for Matrix can be found in comics dated July 1996 but in comics dated August 1996 the advertisement changed to say that under circumstances that couldn't be controlled, they were forced to change the name of the imprint.
