    The leaders of the Twisted Sisters, a band of mercenaries that come from the Negative Zone. 

    Creation

    Helix was created by Chris Claremont and Leinil Francis Yu in 2000 and first appeared in X-Men # 105. 

    Powers & Abilities

    Helix was able to alter her genetic make-up to produce a number of super human abilities, each perfectly adapted for her environment and offensive/defensive purposes. In her appearances, it seemed that her body would take a certain amount of time to analyze her opponents, which she called "taking their measure" just prior to producing an ideal ability.
