Carter Hall, now infused with the mysterious Nth Metal, is granted flight, strength and a living armor. He battles dangerous threats, both alien and mystical, as the savage Hawkman.
He isn't known for his drawings though, he's know for his creations -- like Youngbloods, Shatterstar, X-Force etc.
Well, this is the part where I get tomatoes thrown at me....I don't think he as bad as an artist as people make him out to be, he can draw, he just shouldn't be drawing for major companies and getting printed nationally. Also he is responsible for very great characters, and I for one, used to enjoy Youngblood...did you know it was actually supposed to be a version of Teen Titans he was working on...thats how far his creativity goes too....all the original Younblood characters were basically analogue/ripoffs of Teen Titan characters...sad. Bottom line though I don't he totally sucks, he is just mediocre, thats all

At least his nose is covered. Noses are the worst part of Liefield's art, never mind the missing arms, tiny waists, tiny feet, etc, he can't draw noses!
