Hawkman #25

This issue represents to me not only the end of a great saga, which unfortunately I didn´t apreciate it fully since I haven´t bought the issues # 56 to 58 of JSA, but also is the farewell of Johns and Rags from the title and I´ve learned to like Hawkman, a character that I never gave much thought about, most of all this was one of my favorite series in the DC Universe, it was a very solid run that this creative team has made, though some bumps in the road, but like Kendra says to Carter "We all make mistakes" - I think it´s hard to think of a better artist to pencil a title like this than Rags Morales, he has such a talent for penciling a variety of things, positions, blows, battle scenes, he´s very versatile and I´m sure wherever this guy is (his next project is Action Comics # 1) I´ll be there reading the comic book and I hope he continues in the business for many years to come - ok, about this issue, it was a mighty conclusion, especially because Black Adam took down the entire JSA and while doing it, he was narrating to himself all the good and bad/weakness things about the heroes, this was super cool - another cool thing was the showdown between Carter and Adam, and despite the end of this series falling in the common place of "agree to disagree, but to keep the peace and the revolution we´ll settle down for now, you stay there and we´ll be watching, let´s make a dea", that old formula of how stories involving super heroes and reformed villains/grey are tend to end, it was a good conclusion. I hope these 25 reviews of this titles was helpful and I strongly recommend all the viners that haven´t read this series to do it so, you won´t regret, it´s top notch art and writing!
