He did at one point. He could grow like Hank Pym. But he doesn't need powers. He is cool enough as is.

he did have them at one point but didn't use pym particales enough to gain them full time

I still believe that after his resurrection in House of M that he gained some sort of abilities. When the villains used the power dampener on the Avengers and it caused the powered Avengers pain Hawkeye also went down...later when they dealing with the Sorcerer Supreme thing he lifted a car off of himself with no problems at all

He pretty much does, dodging bullets, perfect aim and so on....unless everyone in the Marvel Universe can do that even pedestrians and government workers...in that case watch out for the NYPD

Well in the Ultimates he has his eye sight enhanced by the super soldier program. He was already a beast marksmen but now he's a little ridiculous. (In a good way)
