Will the real Matt Fraction please stand up? 5
Hawkeye #12 isn't a bad issue. Not by a long shot. The art is beautiful, and the story touches on some key themes that are very personal to the protagonist of our tale, Clint Barton. So why the frack did I only give this issue three stars when the majority of critics are continuing to methodically sing this book's praises? Plot: Um... stuff happens.Story and ScriptI've got to say I've been a bit disappointed with these last few issues of Hawkeye. I feel like Matt Fraction has really been experimenting with storytelling, and that's great. Changing up the usual formula from time to time can be nice and refreshing(Buffy the Vampire Slayer was great with this). However I've felt for the most part it's all kind of fell flat.
