    This series seems to have gotten itself into its groove almost immediately, just the problem is that the groove is not where it should necessarily be.  The writing here feels predictable and almost formulaic, as though the writer knows what need to be done to make an entertaining issue, and just strings the sequence of these plot devices together.  That having been said this is successfully done, just the problem is that while this might be entertaining it is hard to see this series going to any...

    Hawk & Dove: Better, Stronger, Faster 0

    Hawk & Dove #2 rocked.Seriously.Let me start by saying that, although I enjoyed the first issue.....#2 burns it. I might go as far as saying that H&D #2 has earned a place in my Top 10 favorite Liefeld comics ever. In my opinion, this is one of those books where everything just came together right. The balance between panels / story-telling stuff and big splashy action is PERFECT. The story is fun. Condor and Swan are bad@ss. The flow and balance of this book is flawless. It's a perfect ...

    Last review of Hawk & Dove #2. Also I can't belive I finally got to use that sentence in a review title.  The Story: Condor and Swan kill some other guy who is an avatar in order to get to Hawk & Dove. Also Hawk & Dove attack some other super zombies and get attacked by Condor & Swan.  The Good: As much as Swan is a stupid villain anem she seems like a creepy villain. As much as I don't like Liefelds art he is obviously a huge fan of the comic book medium that he draws the sound ...
