Originally published as Ghost Rider by Magazine Enterprises in the 1950s, AC Comics acquired ownership of the character in the 1980s re-naming him the Haunted Horseman. The Ghost Rider trademark is owned by Marvel Comics. The Haunted Horseman has appeared in AC Comics' FemForce series.
