    Harvey moves to Midville High from the city because his parents want some peace and quiet. Harvey is unhappy because he doesn't want to leave his friends behind. However, he immediately gets into some hijinks and is accepted into a large, rowdy group of friends, upsetting all his parents' plans for quiet times.
