That said, she's smart and witty (not always the same thing). And crazy or not, she's got a heart of gold. Legitimate or otherwise she was a doctor trying to rehabilitate people...I have a feeling any relationship would begin with me trying to do the same for her and then either succeeding, or going insane the same way she did.

I would actually. Harley is a very loving individual with such a happy attitude that I would have the best of times with her. Not only that, she's also a smarty-pants, though she doesn't show it, and is probably even smarter than me, so I could really learn and have a great time discussing things with her. Not to mention she's actually quite attractive in a realistic sense for us nerds. Ivy is the super model, which makes her too intimidating, especially for insecure guys like myself. So having a girl with just a B-cup who likes going around in a harlequin outfit, which hardly shows any skin, this sounds like a great woman.
