I was gutted to hear nothing about Harley being in the new Batman game......although I do have a theory of a possible Harley arrival.......

This game is about the beginning of Batman and we witness a younger Joker.....I think that at the end of the game (possibly after the credits) we see the Joker in Arkham Asylum in an interview room.......then we hear a female voice with a Brooklyn accent........"Good evening Mr Joker my name is Harleen Quinzel and I'll be assessing you today" and then we witness a young Harleen Quinzel

What are your thoughts?

I don't think we should expect to see Harley. As you mentioned, this game is all about the early days of Batman and the Joker. I imagine Harley wouldn't come in until a few years down the line (after all, she starts interviewing the Joker because she hopes to write a book about him; if she has the desire to do this, then you must assume that the Joker has been around for a while and is a household name throughout Gotham).

I don't really see a Harley cameo at the end of the game just because it places a bit too much importance in her character. Don't get me wrong, I love her to death. But she's just not important enough to the Arkham games to be used as an after credits scene to the prequel. The only way I could possibly see her fitting in (in the way that you mentioned) is in montage at the very end of the game when the Joker is being brought into Arkham. And even then, I only see Harley being a cameo at best.

i would love if harley and catwoman was in the game i don"t think they are though.

@harleyspuddin1419: In the trailer Batman dives holding a blonde woman who looks like she's laughing. I'm pretty sure that's Harley. Probably just experiencing the effects of Joker Gas.
