Yeah, this wasn't good. This one was by Judd Winick and Joe Chiodo.
The first problem this has is it's artwork. It's a painterly style, which is fine, but the poses are stiff, the bodies are sometimes squished or stretched to fit into the panels, and most faces are either jumbled or just plain ugly (while every once in a while there's a decent face). I couldn't even recognize Tim Drake and mistook him as Dick Grayson. Alot of it is terrible. I looked up Joe Chiodo's website, and thankfully he used the past eight years to greatly improve himself.
The story wasn't really all that much, Harley gets kicked out (again) and teams up with Ivy (again), only twist is that they team up with Batman when the plan goes south, but nothing really interesting. There are many REALLY stupid lines ("Booty call for two!") and Wayne and Drake are barely in character ("Can I play Cave Fighter on the big monitor?").
Not good.
