A look into Toyo Harada's past reveals a meeting between Harada and Director Carter of Rising Spirit Securities in the Great Dismal Swamp of North Carolina in 1969.
In present time, after escaping the grasp on PRS, the Renegades continue towards Nevada to seek out a group of psiot children that have escaped a PRS facility in the desert.
