With all the hype surrounding the new Marvel books, and all these different characters on all these different teams, I have yet to hear about where my boy Hank Pym is going to be in all this. When I found out that Age of Ultron was coming, I thought "Well there ya go, Hank will definitely be a part of that." But a little while after the event was alluded to all that time ago, I haven't seen a single mention or appearence of Pym in anything... And then there's the New Avengers, and now it's all "team smart-guys," but still no Hank. I know Avengers Academy is done, but is Hank going away with it? Where will he be during Marvel NOW!?
Hank Pym
Character » Hank Pym appears in 3721 issues.
Hank Pym is a scientific genius, a founding member of the Avengers, the creator of Pym Particles and of Ultron, and a modern-day superhero who suffers from a Bipolar disorder. He has acted under many memorable identities such as Ant-Man, Giant Man, Goliath, Yellowjacket, and the Wasp. He is also the Earth's Scientist Supreme, as decreed by Eternity.
Hank Pym & Marvel NOW!
Are you really at all surprised ? Marvel has either butchered or ignored Pym for 20 years until recently and even then they threw him in Avengers Academy (a book he made no sense to be a part of).
I'm sure he will have some part in Age of Ultron, I don't know how they can deal with the subject without him, but keep your expectations low for your own good.

id actually say that it made perfect sense.
Hank's entire history has been destroyed and he's been reduced to a thief and a fraud rather than a genius. And Remender has also turned him into a cyborg, because it's a Remender and the guy has all of one idea for stories.

FF
Actually, he won't be appearing in that series. The Ant Man in FF is Scott Lang.

I do not see it but would like to hear your take, it never made sense to me
1. Pym will probably not stay as a cyborg, expect a deus ex machina at the end of that Secret Avengers series/storyline to put it all back
2. Pym made sense as a teacher for the Avengers Academy due to the fact that all of those kids were supposedly destined to be evil and needed a 'second chance' or a 'new beginning' and Hank Pym is the king of second chances.
3. Pym SHOULD be the most important character in Age of Ultron, but Marvel will shit on him and make me weep all over again (remember, anything bad that can be done to a character or any terrible strife will be done to Hank Pym, the real hard-luck hero)

@TheAcidSkull: I think Secret Avengers
You are all wrong. Hank is heading over to Adventure Time's new Ultimates comic book series filling in for Finn in an alternate universe.
Remender has said that he'll be a recurring supporting character in the Captain America series, being Steve's Q
@Brazen_Intellect: Yeah, Dr. Pym at a school for super people is pretty sensible. Intelligent man. School. Super hero. Young super people.

Intelligent but severely troubled
Teaches at a school yet has no experience training anyone before, or ever showing any kind of interest in it.
Part time superhero who spends more time in the lab
Young super people he is among the least likely Avengers to relate to
