Brief History

Following the events of the Skrull Invasion of Earth, a huge amount of reconstruction was forced upon United States defense infrastructure. During that time, S.H.I.E.L.D. kept the United States safe. S.H.I.E.L.D was led by genius inventor and billionare industrialist Tony Stark.

The government decided that S.H.I.E.L.D. was no longer effective due to the fact it was compromised during the Skrull Invasion. Norman Osborn manipulated the government make him the director of a new agency called H.A.M.M.E.R. While Norman was leading H.A.M.M.E.R., he organized the 50-State Initiative. Norman would later abuse his power even more by issuing warrants for Tony Stark and Maria Hill.

Osborn wanted to get the list of all the registered heroes, but Tony wiped his mind and erased all of the information he knew about the list. Osborn would later send a mass amount of agents to infiltrate Stark Industries and find Tony Stark.

Osborn would later use Tony Stark's design to make a new suit of armor and would later become known as the Iron Patriot. During the Siege of Asgard, the H.A.M.M.E.R. Helli-carrier was shot down by the government. Norman Osborn was then placed under arrest and Steve Rogers disbanded the agency.

Equipment

• H.A.M.M.E.R. Helli-carrier: H.A.M.M.E.R. obtained a new Helli-carrier after its renaming. The Helli-carrier was later upgraded for the Siege Of Asgard.
