As you may be aware, IGN gave this many thumbs down as well as a huge range of Halo and Marvel fans alike. However, in my own personal opinion, this was a fun comic to read. Two new characters are introduced to the Halo Universe, which may have upset a number of fans, but I thought that it was a good move by Marvel. Adding more characters gives depth to a faceless hero in a story about aliens. These two characters add emotion and a new level of story telling that Halo doesn't get exposed to very often.

The Covenant are drawn rather well and I was suprised at some of the cool images of marines in battle. From an artwork standpoint, I was impressed. Maleev doesn't always deliver. In this book, he did a rather good job.

    Well, that's it. See ya'!
