IMBD posted it (and we know IMBD is not all trustworthy) so don't get too excited...

According to IMBD the new Gwen Stacy will be Meghan Jette Martin (rumored)

Who is she? She has guest starred in House, is a main character of the TV comedy 10 Things I Hate About You, was the antagonist in Camp Rock, and will return for the sequel in Camp Rock 2.
To be honest she looks the part, and as a fan of 10 Things I Hate About You I can vouch for the fact that she can act.
The only problem is that well, all her roles are a snotty, arrogant, and spoiled girl.

If that is all she has ever played could she pull off inncoent and smart for Gwen?
Maybe her role in the movie would be better suited as Liz Allen...

Honestly, I am surprised that there is even casting news because the script needs to be worked on from my knowledge. Seems to fit the part though, can't just judge what she is going to play in her career based on one role. Looks the part and has my thumbs up.

I'm not exactly basing it on one role...
Actually in the three roles I've seen her in it has been a preety similar role... Snotty blond who wants it all for herself!
