Gustav started out as a scientist working for the nazi leader Hitler. Later, when Hitler died he had to find a new place. So he went to work for the Red skull. He was committed to Red skull forever until one day Doctor Doom captured him. Eventually Gustav loved Doom and he did what ever he said and was completely loyal. Gustav made many strong evil robots for Doom that would be a great foe against the Fantastic four. When the robots confronted the Fantastic four they were a great match. But, Gustav told Doom about the robots weakness that could destroy them if the fantastic four found it out. Doom got so mad but calmed down as he began to think to himself they would never find it out. The robots had led the Fantastic four into a bomb zone. Once all the robots were defeated Doom set off the bombs but, before they could get the team the invincible Woman appeared and saved them. Later, the Fantastic four were attacking the castle. Gustav notified Doom and so Doom planned for the attack. Gustav was talking to a painter who had made some portraits for Doom. But, soon enough it turned out the painter was a spy. Right before Gustav about killed the spy he was stopped by Mr.Fantastic. Gustav was about to try and kill Mr. Fantastic with a flamethrower but Doom used a sonic weapon to kill Gustav because he did not want his art ruined.
