1. Season 1, Ep 1: Pilot

The first episode tells the story of the meteor shower that hit Smallville and changed life in the Kansas town forever. Clark Kent meets Lex Luthor for the first time and encounters the first in a long line of humans mutated by the strange green meteor rocks that accompanied him on his journey to Earth.

  • 2. Season 1, Ep 2: Metamorphosis

    Clark must deal with Greg, a nerdish bug collector who obtains powers after getting into a car crash that released the insects that he collected that turned on him and bit him up. Greg has a crush on Lana who and uses his ability to lash out at anyone who opposes him or gets in the way of him ending up with Lana.

  • 3. Season 1, Ep 3: Hothead

    An abusive and hot-tempered football coach gains the ability to control and project fire. He uses his abilities to threaten the boys on his football team and to hurt the principal who doesn't want the boys to fail academically.

    Clark begins experiencing "vision problems" as his x-ray vision begins manifesting seeing through the girls locker and at Lana in her underwear. Meanwhile a mysterious shapeshifter is going about town using his or her abilities to steal and get others in trouble. The girls mother falls down the steps and dies and the girl takes her over persona and also having to get away from Vlark who is the only person that can stop her.

Who's victims are Chloe's Whitney Lex and Martha.

    An old man with his electric chair falls into a lake of meteor rocks that turns him into the youngman he once was but who wants revengeon the children of the jury that put him away decades earlier. She finds out Clark is keeping a secret and when she looks into the future if Lex she sees everyone dead and she ends up dying. after this vision.

    Clark discovers that Jor-El was on Earth forty years ago. Lana's great uncle, who was convicted of murdering his wife forty years ago, shows her a picture of the man he believes really killed her aunt, and she is shocked to discover the drifter looks just like Clark. Sure that the man is Jor-El, Clark's investigation leads him to a kryptonian medallion that allows him to see bits of the past – and the life that Jor-El started for him long before he arrived on Earth.

  • 51. Season 3, Ep 7: Magnetic

    Clark is suspicious when Lana suddenly becomes attracted to a fellow student and begins to act rebelliously, which eventually lands her in jail. Clark's suspicions are confirmed when he discovers Lana's new boyfriend has magnetic powers that can move objects and alter human emotions, but when he tries to free Lana from the paranormal hold that is controlling her, she tries to kill him. Meanwhile, Lex discovers Chloe has been delving into Lionel's past and tries to get her to join forces against his dad.

  • 52. Season 3, Ep 8: Shattered

    Lex locates Morgan Edge and gets him to admit to dirty dealings with Lionel, but before Lex can take it to the authorities, someone tries to kill him at the mansion. Barely surviving, Lex flees and asks Clark for help. However, when Clark returns to the mansion to investigate he finds nothing amiss, and begins to wonder if it really happened, especially after Lionel announces Lex has had a psychotic break and must be institutionalized.

  • 53. Season 3, Ep 9: Asylum

    Three of Clark's former opponents approach Lex to enlist his help in luring Clark to the hospital after they hear that Lionel has requested Lex be given electroshock therapy to erase his memory. However, the plan goes awry when the villains double-cross Lex and use kryptonite to steal Clark's powers. Meanwhile, Lana meets a mysterious stranger in the hospital.

  • 54. Season 3, Ep 10: Whisper

    Attempting to stop a robbery, Clark is temporarily blinded when he shoots off a burst of heat vision that is accidentally reflected back into his eyes by a piece of kryptonite and soon realizes his body has developed super-hearing to compensate for his lack of sight. However, as it was in the beginning with his other gifts, Clark doesn't quite have his new power under control.

    Clark and Lana each make an attempt on Chloe's life for unknown reasons after they receive a mysterious e-mail from the Summerholt Institute. Clark must discover the source of these e-mails after Chloe reveals she has uncovered proof that they are doing mind-control research at the lab and realizes they must be trying to kill her in order to prevent her from writing an expose. Meanwhile, Lana decides to rent the apartment above the café to Adam even though she feels he is hiding something dangerous about his past.

Gabriel did what his fathered asked of him which also includes destroying Smallville where its the only Kyrpto infested town. Gabriel keeps Chloe hostage and when Clark comes he shoots him. Jor-El revives Clark but at a price. Clark's mortal life has ended and the only way that the transfer was complete is if another life who is close to him is taken. Clark doesn't want to live if he knows that someone he cares about is going to die but it is to late.

    Lex considers whether to turn an operative loose to obtain or fake damaging information against Jonathan to upset his Senatorial race. But when Lex is shot, he falls into a coma and is visited by the ghost of his mother, who shows him what his life could be like if he frees himself from his father. Lex is married to Lana and their having their second child. Lex also is loved by everyone in town and basically his dream is revealed to be the life of how Jonathon Kent life was. A persson everyone in town respected and also that he has feelings for Lana. Meanwhile, Clark helps Chloe to deliver Christmas presents and CLark helps a Santa from killing himself. Clark tells him what he is doing because he thinks that he is an old man and when he falls off the roof Clark rushes and saves him. The Santa walks away and later ends up in The Daily Planet. Chloe thought that it was a joke at first but it was Santa Claus who helped deliver the rest of the gifts to the children after learning a lesson. Their is still peace and joy to the world and good will of men.

She at first admired Lex but then didn't understand why he would tell her not to kill Jonathon because it means inning at all cost so in this attempt she hurst Lex and decides to finish off the job that she started. Clark tries to find out who beat up his dad who was turned upside down in the barn hanging by a rope. Will CLark be able to save his dad in time?

    A deputy who was at the site when the spaceship crashed escaped from Belle Reeve in hopes of proving to the world that he is not crazy. Lex is shot and is badly hurt who saved Lana's life and returning the favor Lana takes them to the place where the spaceship was kept. Clark is told where Lana went by Lex before becoming unconcious and saves Lana in the nick of time before the explosion. Meanwhile, the Kents can't see eye-to-eye on campaign financing and Martha goes behind Jonathan's back and accepts the money Lionel gives in order to give Jonathon a fighting chance to win against Lex.

Lex see Clark use his powers and he celebration is over for CLark who lost his fiance and  Jonathon who see his on in pain due to the loss of Lana. Realizing that Lana was the one that life would be replaced for his, he goes to Jor-EL for help and without listening to warning he alters what happens and Lana never finds out Clark's secret and the person who dies this time is...

Meanwhile, Clark's bottled-up grief over the loss of his father takes over him and he ends up joining forces with Andrea who also lost her parents thanks to Lionel Luthor. Cark tries to help her but she betrays him and kills the man who was hired to kill her parents because it was a set-up to look like it was a robbery who was paid by Lionel to get rid of. She goes after Lionel and what is now  a battle between Andrea and Clark ends up with Lionel being thrown out the window and the mysterious vigilante disappear. Chloe tells Clark that she is what this town needs a hero.

Chloe is possessed by the spirit of a young girl after thouching her since her body was sealeld in with meteor- rcoks, and goes searching for the girl's killer while Clark and Lois try to track her down. Lois and Chloe are both held hostage by the man and Chloe speaks to him as the spirit of the girl. He didn't mean to "kill" her but he took advantage of her because she loved him and when the time came the spirirt killed the man and Chloe was free again and the spirirt moved on.

Meanwhile, Lionel continues working to get closer to Martha not knowing what his true intentions are, and Lex has a near-death vision of his mother.

Lex telling Lanna confronts Chloe and their freindship becomes rocky at that point because Chloe wants to protect Clark. Meanwhile Lois watches over the little girl and Clark turns to Chloe in hopes of finding who is really behind the murder of the girls mother. The girls' father has gotten his powers after the metoer shower and it is revealed that there can be second generation of people who can have powers even though they weren't in contact of the meteorites.

    Lex tries to turn a soldier that supposedly died in Afghanistan into a "super-soldier." A senator threatens to tell the world about Lex's labs, prompting Lex to send the "soldier" to kill the senator. He was also her first kiss and tried to help him remember because she was the only person that helped him remember.
