Lake side
After a couple of more sedate issues the action gets a bit more lively here, if only by just a little. Cindy as introduced the previous issue is of course Cinderella and she must join forces with the Dark One. Elsewhere Baba Yaga and Belinda hatch their own plans, while Shang and Sela try to stop them all. This is definitely more of a development issue, building up to something bigger ahead, but the atmosphere and tone which is set here does the job effectively to get the series somewhat back on track. It would still be nice to see the odd fairy tale though, as it has been a while at this point.
