Cole and his new partner Sofia make plans to escape the northwest, but first they need a little cash – and that calls for a quick grift. Ok, I'm all for the nice episodes primetime action drama feel this series has been nailing, but now we see the dark side of that tone. Every single god damn plot is starting to boil down to "Grifter does something and Daemonites ruin it and Grifter shoots them in the face." (No Spoilers)The second outing between writer Nathan Edmondson and artist Scott Clark continues to ramp up the action that began last issue. I don't know if the pairing has decided to add this much action to cater to Scott Clark’s strength, which is action scenes or it just worked out this way. After a decent run of issues to start off the series, this one falls a little short of the others.  There has thus far been a pretty decent plot going with some of the most interesting writing thus far out of the entire DC reboot.  Here though there are just a few too many cliches - the villain that can't be trusted, the sexy and capable female rebel, the lull in battle for the enemies to explain themselves - the whole thing added up to a pretty generic issue by the end.  There is still a lot in...
