    Career

    Shoemaker became involved in comics in the early 1980s, when he was discoverd by Karen Berger. He had a very brief career as an artist in mainstream comics, working on one issue for DC and one for Comico. At some point he and his brother worked together on a weekly Canadian comic strip.  

    Personal Life

    Greg Shoemaker was born in California. He has at least one sibling, his elder brother Terry Shoemaker. He attended art classes while in high school, and got involved in comics shortly after graduating.
