    Green Lantern and Plastic Man team up to discover who is behind the theft of nuclear reactor rods. They discover that a strange alien cartel is arming Earth's villains in order to hatch some evil scheme.

    In this one-shot Plastic Man and Green lantern take off into space to stop the nefarious cartel from starting an intergalactic conflict. Written by Marv Wolfman and long time Astro City artist Brent Anderson.

    Green Lantern/Plastic Man: Weapons of Mass Deception #1 - Weapons of Mass Deception by silkcuts on December 19, 2010

    Marv Wolfman never skips a beat on this comic.  He comes up with the idea of blending the Fearless Hal Jordan with the comedic Plastic Man and comes up with a well balanced Space Police story with a 40's Mobster twist.  Hal Jordan brings the future and Plastic Man brings his Eel' O'Brian past.   Both characters I felt were written well and stayed in character.  Hal Jordan being the cocky space cop and Plastic Man being a strange blend of silly when he wants to and cool as a crook when he has to....
