    A Green Lantern is an officer of the intergalactic police force known as the Green Lantern Corps, who have the ability to overcome great fear with the might of willpower. They possess power rings capable of creating constructs characterized by their will and strength to use it. Each Green Lantern is given a Sector of the Universe to protect and it is their priority to suppress any threat against their sector.

    After reading some rumors these past week, I've come to conclude they are no longer rumors and DC Warner Bros wants to insist on putting Superman in the GreenLantern movie.
     
    What do you think of this?
     
    Personally I'm against it, Superman already gets enough attention with cartoons and 
    keeps getting movies, TV shows, etc Many fans have been waiting years for 
    Wonder Woman or Hawkman or Green Lantern  movie. The bad news for us is DC Warner Bros are only particularly interested in 2 brands Batman+Superman. 
     
    I would hate to wait all this time for a Lantern movie only to see a guy like Superman hog much of the lime light

    I don't think it would be too bad. It would be a cameo right? That is at most 5 minutes of screen time. Much of which could be the Guardians or the power ring looking for someone to take Abin Sur's place as the GL of 2814. If they were smart, the ring would seek out Batman as well and sensing his greater ability to instill fear, leave him for someone better.
