A few issues back in either GL or GLC, there was a transformation of someone into a Star Sapphire and she had the classic Sapphire look: hot pink thigh high boots, long black hair and a tiara. In the this week's issue (SPOILER!!!!!!).....

Carol Ferris gets transformed into a Sapphire but it's the one that looks just like the action figure from the GL a/f series: pink skimpy leotard, pink boots, tiara, long black hair. Very similar to someone ealier.

Aside from being confused by that & unable to find the picture of the one wearing black that I swear I saw, I'm confused from the one page of her transformation to the very next page, Carol's costume changes. She's wearing a full length pink body suit.

Is it just me? Did anyone else notice that or have any thoughts about whether these are different characters?

The first image is Fatality, she's got a long standing grudge against John Stewart...

She's also worn a Sinestro Corps ring before, and has stolen GL rings previously... including stealing Kyle Rayner's power battery during a battle

as for the costume changes... not quite sure what's going on, i think it's an artist cockup as the full bodysuit is the standard for Star Sapphire now
