Dark Angel should get a Sinestro Corps Ring. She's been called the Bringer of Doom so there is no doubt she has the power to install fear.

Chances are no one on Earth will be getting one, since the GLC put an end to Qwardian ring production, and the ring for the previous bearer for Sector 2814 was destroyed by the Guardians (After it was intercepted from going to Scarecrow).

But Scarecrow would be pretty sweet with one.
