Don't forget, this movie is in stores on Tuesday, July 28, 2009.  Check out the interview with the director.  What's cool is she tells us about a scene that had to get cut out due to time constraints.  It was a great movie but it's too bad they had to cut the scene.  Buy the movie tomorrow.

I love this woman! Her work on the Wonder Woman film was fantastic!

i thought this movie was great...as well as every other dc cartoon movie to date. i hope a blackest night movie is in the works lol

Green Lantern : First Flight was simply phenomenal. Lauren certainly knows how to direct action and doesn't hold back when it comes to deaths like in this and in Wonder Woman. It's a shame they had to cut out that part with Hal being a hero on earth and learning how to use his ring.

i can't wait to get this movie in the morning!

p.s.  is it just me, or does the director kind of remind anyone else of Alyson Hannigan?  really cute and pixie-ish  :)

First Flight is a good film, probably the best after Gotham Knight. In this movie you can see Sinestro like a corrupt policeman and Hal Jordan like the idealist rookie. The only part of the movie that is a little boring is the end

I already watch it, Awesome, especially the extra feature Superman / Batman : Public Enemy, can't wait to see the full film (nice McGuiness anime style).

It's a warning to Marvel, release a counter punch to DC Awesome (with capital A) animation, cuz I think Ultimate Avenger and Hulk VS series is outclassed by DC animation

Lauren is hot she really knows what shes doing. i loved Wonder Woman and Green Lantern. i would so marry Lauren if i could shes a gorgeous young woman yum.

I HATE the DC art. Lol I love their cartoon, but the art has gone stale with me. I was never crazy about it, but now with 15 plus years of it, I'm tired and want to see them do something fresh. I'm going to love this movie, but for the story not the art if it's still of the JLA/Batman/Superman era.

Cool, I;m glad they're mixing it up. It's really not that I don;t like what they've done, it's more I just was worn out by how much of it we've seen. I really prefer the art in the Hulk Vs if you saw that. It's not quite as sharp edged. But in the end stories will always win me over, and it sounds like this will be a great one for GL

Looking forward to picking this movie up.  Lauren is a fantastic director and going by what she's done with Wonder Woman, I am sure Green Lantern will be served well.
