The trade paperback for the Sinestro Corps War will be released soon. But if you don't want to wait for the TBP, look for:
-Green Lantern: Sinestro Corps #1
-Green Lantern vol. 3 #21-25
-Green Lantern Corps #14-18
-Green Lantern #10-17
But I think single issues are quite difficult to find, so waiting for the TPB might be the good choice. Ask Methos for the ultimate GL guide.

To get a handle on some Green Lantern history, go to ebay or your local comic shop and if finances allow buy some Silver Age back issues. These 60's comics are still great reads and give an insight into the character before the modern age versions.
