A Great stand-alone issue 0

A Better 'Glorified Promo' Than Most 0
So there's a reason this doesn't have the Rise of the Third Army banner, and that's because it has nothing to do with Rise of the Third Army. This isn't a completely bad thing, but the timing causes this to be the issue's biggest flaw. It's hard to buy that the characters really have the time for a crazy side story like this, granted they didn't choose for things to go wrong, but still.
