    After months of dragging and boring issues of the Green Lantern franchise, finally a homerun and don't kid yourselves, there's not big secret or magic in display here, no sir, just old fashioned 100% good writing and art from the heart! Lantern Kyle Rayner has been one of my favorites from a long time and I wasn't very happy at what Bedard had been doing with him since the new 52, this whole "New Guardians" was a mess, very confusing and no point at all, but if everything we suffered was to lead...

    This issue has a fantastic cover, after seeing Kyle in various situations with other New Guardians, The Third Army completely takes over this cover, getting closer and closer leading into a grotesque close-up right in your face, eyes staring daggers into your soul.I like Aaron Kuder's artwork a lot. He's got a style very different from the other Lantern titles, helping to keep a sense of variety between them all.
