Do We Really Need a Third Green Lantern Title? 0
If you're going to skip right down and argue with me after seeing my question, stop, because the answer is yes, yes we do. I mean, I'm not going to go all fanboy and say we need 10 Green Lantern titles, I just think that a lot of heroes need multiple titles. That way if you don't like an arc you're not stuck having to wait to read your favorite hero, and its always nice to see different creators takes on the same character or different sides of that character. (Yes, I;m referring mostly to my su...

Review: Green Lantern: Emerald Warriors #1 0
Guy Gardner forms a new expeditionary force, the Emerald Warriors, to pro-actively seek out trouble throughout the darkest corners of the galaxy. While his new venture gets the Guardians' blessing, he still has to deal a lingering quagmire of problems relating to Atrocitus, the Black Lanterns' prophecy book and the still-unresolved fate of Sodam Yat. The Good Tomasi and Pasarin have an absolute command of storytelling. There's the proper amount of build-up and subtly throughout (like the ti...

Green Lanterns let's get back to normal! Whatever that is... 0
This issue was defnitely my favorite DC issue of the week. The art isn't the best, but the story is killer once it gets going. It's all most as if Blackest Night had never happened, and then boom; at the end everything goes crazy and we are pulled right back in! Not a big Guy Gardner fan, but considering a lot of people are; GO GUY! If you pick up only one issue from DC this week, this has got to be that issue. Especially if your interested in the Brightest Day Storyline! ...

Emerald Warriors Review 0
During my vacation to South Carolina, I picked up a copy of the new Emerald Warriors comic and Green lantern #53. After I read the new comic, I was facinated by the storyline when Guy Gardner helps out one of the members of the Red Lantern Corps. and Ganthet. Also, I'm interested in when Sodam Yat is regaining the Ion entity that was taken from him. Overall, It's a good read to enjoy....

A "Blood" Oath has been Taken 0
Honor Guard Lantern Guy Gardner has made a pact with Atrocitus (Red Lantern) and Ganthet (former Guardian turned Green Lantern) to stand against the oncoming doom of The War of the Green Lanterns. After nabbing a group of interstellar criminals, Guy Gardner records a message explaining his hidden motives in case things go wrong. He gets approval from the Guardians to patrol the unknown sectors of space to look for any threats before they can strike first, and the strange bleeding lip and color i...
