    Interlude

    This issue serves as an interlude to the Green Lantern: Emerald Dawn storyline. It fills the reader in on some much needed background information on The Guardians of the Universe, The Green Lantern Corps, and LEGION. But it does so in a very smooth, flowing way; having Hal first travel to meet a Green Lantern of a neighboring sector, then getting more information from The Book on Oa. It may be an it may be short on action, but it does a good job setting the stage for some!
