so what does this mean? that monguls collecting rings from each and every spectrem? does that make hime more/all powerful? can he utilize every ring? interesting, to say the least!

I was thinking Orange as well except that he doesn't actually have an orange ring. Doesn't matter though, he can be a OL in spirit.
