Talk about a complete turn around after reading Green Lantern #44, this was awesome. And I think it really lies in the scope of the effect Blackest Night is having all around the universe. And how royally screwed the Green Lanterns seem in the wake of all of it. We start out with Kyle and Guy talking about their love life and how they spent their time on Earth during the Superhuman Memorial Day event from Blackest Night #1. When you have nothing, you have nothing to lose 0
In terms of maintaining a lot of momentum in the overall story arc, I expected more out of this issue. A lot of it deals sorry of blankly with Kyle and Guy in space reflecting and sharing opinions on what is going on in their respective lives. Soranik and Iolande briefly join them before being overrun by a wave of black power rings. The rings are not headed for them specifically, rather for the crypts of Oa and in so doing draw the attention of the whole Corps. There is a brief standoff in t...
