There's not going to be any rest for anyone, however, as an infectious madness without rhyme or reason grabs hold of New York City, starting with one of Earth's former Green Lanterns!

Downtown Manhattan, 10:37 am- Kyle Rayner, as the Green Lantern, stops a bunch of armature bank robbers and stops a half naked man from stealing a woman's purse, who turns out to be a well off business man who lost his sanity.

Kyle then goes to Feast Magazine for a meeting with Rena Stone. While there he meets up with Terry Berg and they go to the meeting together. While in the meeting Rena starts acting weird, and starts undressing in front to the two artists. She soon realizes what she is doing and stops, but before Kyle can help her get redressed, there is a commotion in the other room.
